Weigh-In Day!!!

     136lbs (starting lbs to lose)
-     36lbs  (1st 6 weeks)
-       2lbs  (this week)

Well I only lost 2lbs this week, but what I have to lose is in the double digits now and I don't know how to express just how grateful I am for that. It also made me feel wonderful this week that my supervisor that's been out for 6 weeks  with a surgery came back and was like "WOW!" when she saw me.

2lbs is 2lbs closer to my goal. I would like advice, though. I think I'm hitting a plateau. How do you guys get beyond them?

  1. Wow...amazing results, I am so motivated by your success. 2 lbs a week is a very normal healthy weight loss result. I would continue to enjoy the 2 lbs a week and after another week or so you might see some additional lbs come off. Only other suggestion might be, now that you have more energy and are seeing some results, add a little exercise...maybe 1/2 a mile or a mile a day if you are up to it.

Again I am so glad you are sharing your health transformation!

  2. Wow! The fact that you are still losing is so great. And I agree with James that perhaps some additional exercise would help a little. We are all so proud of you :)
