So I got to thinking about James and Stephanies comments. I DO need to exercise more. The housecleaning is grueling, but I need to do something I enjoy.

My best friend has given me free reign of her pool. I'm going swimming today, which not only gives me exercise, but wears my kids out, which is a plus. I'm gonna take advantage of that one.

I'm also gonna try to take AB to the park during the day. I think that's a good start. Any exercise tips from you busy people who hate the gym?

  1. Walk up and down hills via intervals. Walk down at regular pace and then walk up as fast as you can. Repeat. Interval training is one of the best ways to lose weight and get toned :)
