Stay AWAY From Me, Chocolate Easter Eggs!!!

I lost NO weight this week. Truth is, I'd probably lost some before the weekend and I went off my diet for Easter.

I'm a little disappointed in myself for doing it, but it's given me drive to do better this week. 

How do YOU jump back on the bandwagon after falling off?

  1. Don't be disappointed, you still need to live and enjoy some of those foods and treats that are not that good for us.

    Your results are amazing! You have not fallen off, just get back to what you were doing before this weekend...You are doing great and always know you are not alone :)
